Common questions

Where is my progress stored?

Progress is stored locally on your device. When Google Play cloud save is available and you choose to connect it, a copy may also be stored through Google Play Games.

What should I do before reinstalling?

Use an available save export or confirm that cloud save is connected and current. A local-only save may be lost if the app is removed or its storage is cleared.

The game is not loading correctly

Restart the app, confirm Android and Google Play services are current, then restart your device. Avoid clearing app storage unless you have a recoverable save.

How do I report a bug?

Include your device model, Android version, game version, what you were doing, what occurred and screenshots where possible.

How do I delete my data?
